Peter M. Lotze, MD, FACOG, FPMRS

Founder, Surgeon, and Pelvic Health Specialist

Dr. Peter M. Lotze is a board-certified urogynecologist and reconstructive pelvic surgeon who has served the Houston community since 2002. After completing his fellowship in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery, he founded one of Houston’s first dedicated urogynecology practices, pioneering comprehensive, patient-centered care for complex pelvic conditions.

As one of the first physicians in the United States to achieve subspecialty certification in Female Pelvic Medicine & Reconstructive Surgery, Dr. Lotze specializes in pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence, bladder dysfunction, fecal incontinence, and the complex management of prior surgical issues. His expertise spans robotic-assisted, laparoscopic, and vaginal reconstructive procedures, performed with meticulous attention to safety, precision, and recovery.

Building on more than two decades of experience, Dr. Lotze established the Pelvic Health, Wellness & Aesthetic Center, integrating pelvic medicine with broader wellness services—including hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for both women and men. His holistic philosophy centers on hormone balance, preventive health, and empowering patients to take an active role in their well-being.

Dr. Lotze previously served as Director of the Fellowship in Urogynecology at The Women’s Pelvic Restorative Center and as a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Texas Health Science Center–Houston.
